MK6034GAX is the successor to the MK6032GAX. This drive offers the industry’s highest areal density per platter at 60GB providing 60GB in total in a 9.5mm form factor.
This functionality provides ideal storage for a range of commercial and consumer notebooks, as well as beyond the PC environments; PDA’ s, printers, copiers, GPS systems and MP3 players.
This drive’s 5400 rpm motor speed improves system-level performance by as much as 12% compared to the more common 4200 rpm models in the market.
The MK6034GAX is ATA-6 compliant, supporting high transfer rates of up to 100 megabytes per second.
