Return Policy

At InfraSupply UK, we are committed to supplying quality IT hardware that arrives in the condition described. If something goes wrong with your order, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from InfraSupply UK, you agree to the terms set out below.

30-Day Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, all products sold by InfraSupply UK are covered by a 30-day replacement warranty from the date of delivery.

If a product develops a fault within this period, please contact our support team and we will assess the issue. If the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or, where a replacement is not available, issue a refund.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details of the issue. Where possible, include photographs of the damage or fault.

Once the fault has been verified, we will arrange a return at no cost to you and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.

Please note: if a returned product is tested and found to be fully functional, or if the fault is determined to be caused by improper installation, incompatibility with your existing setup, or misuse, a testing and restocking fee may apply.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will arrange collection of any incorrect items and dispatch the correct product as promptly as possible. There is no additional charge to you in these circumstances.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, cables, manuals and documentation are included.
  • Any factory seals are intact and unbroken.
  • The item is suitable for resale.

Change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund. If an order has already been dispatched, our change-of-mind return terms apply.

To cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.

Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)

All returns must be authorised before goods are sent back to us. Please do not return any item without first obtaining an RMA number from our team.

To request an RMA, contact us at support@infrasupply.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. RMA requests are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Items returned without an RMA number may be refused or returned to sender.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a confirmed product fault.
