5. Pricing, Product Descriptions & Availability
We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy. However, Infra Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, correct errors at any time, and contact you if the correct price differs. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
6. Acceptance of Orders
Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we have dispatched the goods or sent explicit confirmation. Infra Supply reserves the right to refuse any order. Orders exceeding £500 may require additional verification.
7. Consumer Rights & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Faulty or misdescribed goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days, or repair/replacement thereafter.
8. Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal. Bank transfer is available to qualifying business customers. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption. Payment is taken at point of order.
9. VAT & Taxation
All prices include UK VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. A VAT receipt is available on request. VAT-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate to support@infrasupply.co.uk.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and all content are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Infra Supply makes no warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by English law.
