The Intel® Core™2 Extreme quad-core processor QX6000 sequence and Intel® Core™2 quad processor Q6000 sequence deliver Intel's advanced, powerful processors for desktop PCs. The Core™2 Extreme quad-core processor QX6000 sequence and Intel® Core™2 quad processor Q6000 sequence support Intel® Virtualization Technology. Virtualization Technology provides siliconbased functionality that works together with compatible Virtual Machine Monitor (VMM) software to improve on software-only solutions.
