The Intel® Pentium® M Processor is available at Highest Frequency Mode (HFM) core frequencies of 1.70, 1.60, 1.50, 1.40, and 1.30 GHz; the Low Voltage Intel Pentium M processor is available at HFM core frequencies of 1.20 and 1.10 GHz; and the Ultra Low Voltage Intel Pentium M processor is available at HFM core frequencies of 1.0 GHz and 900 MHz. Real-time dynamic switching of the voltage and frequency between multiple performance modes is based on CPU demand. This occurs by switching the bus ratios, core operating voltage, and core processor speeds without resetting the system. Multiple Enhanced Intel SpeedStep technology operating points enable optimal performance at the lowest power.
