The HP 4400 Scalable NAS File Services is enabled for Customer Self Repair for many of the replaceable parts and Customer Self Update for XCS firmware updates. Customers who purchase an HP Support Agreement have the option to perform Customer Self Repair/Update or receive on-site support. HP softwareHP warrants only that the Software media will be free of physical defects for a period of ninety (90) days from delivery.
