The HP Flex-10 10Gb 2-port 552M adapter, a mezzanine Type A card designed for the HP BladeSystem c-Class Gen8 platform, delivers the performance benefits of 10Gb Ethernet with the scalability and flexibility that HP Virtual Connect and Flex-10 provide. It supports up to 8 FlexNICs per adapter, with each FlexNIC having a unique MAC address and identity on the LAN. Bandwidth can be uniquely allocated for virtual server functions and applications. Hardware acceleration and offloads for stateless TCP/IP and TCP Offload Engine (TOE) enable optimum use of CPU resources.
