Because our products are classified by the United States Department of Commerce as being "retail" products, Cisco does not differentiate between 40- and 128-bit encrypted products. Therefore, Cisco holds no export limitations on 128-bit encrypted products that are not equally applicable to 40-bit encrypted products.
